We are ExxonMobil Rotterdam

Additionally, we produce diesel for cars and trucks, kerosene for airplanes, and lubricants for wind turbines, cars, and industrial machines. ExxonMobil also supplies both Mobil lubricants and Esso fuel for Max Verstappen’s Formula 1 team!

We manufacture these products at our refinery, lubricant plant and chemical plants in Rotterdam. Approximately 1,600 of our own employees work here, along with many contractors and service providers. The safety of both people and installations is of utmost importance. To give an indication: we have been working for over six years without anyone sustaining an injury that prevented them from working the next day. This is equivalent to about 550,000 football matches without anyone missing the next game due to injury.

Maintenance and new technology keep our plants up to date; they are among the most efficient of their kind. We are highly motivated to provide reliable and affordable energy while minimizing environmental impacts.
